How It Works

ForgeOS is a closed-loop enforcement system. It doesn't just tell you what's wrong — it blocks you from repeating the mistake.

What It Is

ForgeOS is not a dashboard. It's not a reporting tool. It's an operational enforcement system that prevents recurring profit leaks in your gym.

When a guard fires, you can't proceed with operations until you make a decision. This forces accountability and prevents the same leak from sliding by week after week.

The Guard Engine

Let's walk through one example: Coach Load Guard

1

Signal Detected

Sarah is assigned 18 classes this week. League average is 12. Your gym policy is 15 max.

2

Guard Fires

Thursday night (before publish deadline), the Coach Load Guard fires and creates a Critical action in your weekly review.

3

Required Action

You must rebalance the schedule (move 3 classes to Mike) or override with a business reason ("Sarah requested extra hours this month").

4

Resolution

You rebalance (Mike picks up 3 classes) or override with documented reason. All decisions are logged.

5

Recheck

Guard re-evaluates. If fixed, closes. If ignored or overridden without reason, escalates to Critical and blocks publish.

This is a closed loop. The system doesn't let the same problem slide twice.

The Weekly Review (Monday mornings, 10 minutes)

What You Get

  • Max 5 actions, ranked by dollar impact
  • Every action shows financial impact
  • Clear resolution options (Fix / Override / Snooze)
  • Completion tracked — unresolved actions escalate

What You Don't Get

  • 50-item dashboards you'll never read
  • Charts and graphs without action items
  • "Insights" you already know about
  • Alerts you can ignore

The Publish-Block (enforcement, not reporting)

You can't publish next week's schedule if a Critical guard is violated. You must resolve or override with an audit trail.

"This forces the decision."

Most gyms know they're overloading Sarah. They know Thursday 5pm Barbell Club is dead. They know Jake is slipping away. But they don't fix it until it's too late.

ForgeOS doesn't let you postpone the decision. It blocks operational progress until you acknowledge and act.
